Sound/Video


The sound/video team have the best seat in the house--the balcony.  Computers, ipad and cell phones are used to keep the service on track.  Interested in helping with the computer/video screens on Sunday?  Interested in learning our state of the art sound board?  Call the office.  Volunteer opportunities for monthly and weekly.


Altar Guild


Looking for a once a month Church mission.  This group meets to refresh the sanctuary and prepare it for worship.  Call the office if you would like to help.  937.254.1788


Yard Work


Do you enjoy cutting grass, pulling weeds, planting flowers and being outside.  We can always use extra help and not just in the spring.  Call the office to schedule your sun time.
 


Office Support

 

Our Executive Administator sometimes (imagine that) takes a vacation.  She is grateful for the volunteers but others to help for a full or half day (4 hr shift) for her are always welcomed.  She has everything organized (even a script to follow for phone calls). 

 

English as a Second Language

 

English as a Second Language classes are also offered at our Church.  Interested in helping or need a class call the office 937.254.1788

 

Food Pantry

 

Consider a Saturday (or two) a Month to help with the Food Pantry.  We serve families in the 45420 ZIP.  Please bring proof of address. 10:00 a.m.-11:45 a.m.every Saturday.  We are always in need of plastic bags.

Saint Paul's

 

Help with a Saturday breakfast at St. Paul UMC-Adults and youth can help.

 

Sons of Thunder

 

Sons of Thunder is a mentoring program that teaches life skills to at-rink youth.  The group takes place in our church garge each Wednesday evening, a major part of the program is learning automotive and technical skills.  This not only teaches those skills themselves, but also the value of a stron work ethic and teamwork.  The youth partaicipating receive their own toolbox when completing the program.

 

In The Building Opportunities

 

Help with Nursery Care during Service, doesn't have to be every week.

 

Get involved with a women's group, Sunday School or a weekly Bible Study.

 

Volunteer to assist with the summer Reading/Lunch Program, Live Free, Vacation Bible School.

 

Get together with your friends and cook a meal for Wonderful Wednesdays.  It is not hard.  The experts can show you how easy it is and there is plenty of help.
